Uncle of Benghazi Victim Lays Into Obama and Hillary Over Cover-Up

The Benghazi emails that were released last week per a Freedom of Information Act request from Judicial Watch has been called the “smoking gun” on the Benghazi scandal.

The chain of emails between White House and State Department staffers clearly shows an effort during the aftermath of the Benghazi terrorist attack to paint the attack as a product of demonstrations over a YouTube video and not, as one damning email notes, a “broader failure of policy” on the part of President Obama.

Still despite the overwhelming evidence of a cover-up, the Obama Administration continues to maintain that the emails were not about the Benghazi attack and were, instead, emails pertaining to foreign policy as a whole.

In fact, former Obama Administration Advisor David Plouffe labelled such beliefs as being the product of “delusional” Republicans aiming to politicize the tragedy.
“What Benghazi was was a tragedy,” Plouffe claimed on ABC News on Saturday. “We have to figure out how to prevent it from happening again. And try and hold those accountable as we did with bin Laden — took a while, but after 11 years, we did. The USS Cole — 17 sailors died. The weeks before the 2000 election, what did then Govenor Bush say — it’s time for the nation to speak as one voice. Now, you couldn’t handle that in this party. This has been politicized like we’ve never seen before.

And I think what’s happening — Richard Nixon talked about a silent majority back in 1968 — there’s a very loud, delusional minority that’s driving our politics, that’s in control of the Republican Party. There is no conspiracy here at all.”
Michael Ingmire, the uncle of Sean Smith, an American killed in Benghazi, spoke with Tucker Carlson on Fox News on Saturday and noted his outrage over the cover-up.
“I believe that the White House and Hillary Clinton created the talking points,” Ingmire began.

“The president and Hillary Clinton made a political decision as opposed to a security decision and they should be ashamed of themselves and they should be ashamed that they actually had the unmitigated gall to go before the caskets of my nephew and three other Americans and lie to the mothers and fathers and widows of these brave Americans! How shameful! How chilling is this, to consider that our leaders are this coldhearted and inhuman when dealing with a tragedy like this. It was politics and nothing more.”
